Intro songs?

I'm looking for some of the opening intro songs that are played before SxDx makes their way to the stage. I know Mannish Boy is one of them. That is the only song people keep talking about in recent threads. Does anyone remember the old blues song form the 2003 tours? Any of them would be cool.

They also used Link Wray's "Rumble" during the fall '04, winter '05 and spring '05 SLRnR tours. I am sure that if you searched on intro songs, that you would find a list of others.
